Data and automation

AI tools can scrape a simple site. Once a site fights back, or you need millions of rows every day, you want a team that's built 100+ scrapers that run in production. We reverse-engineer the hard sources and deliver clean data on schedule, every day.

01What we build

  • Scrapers for hard sites. Sites behind logins, built in heavy JavaScript, or guarded by serious bot protection. We work out how the site actually serves its data and build around that, which is why our scrapers keep running long after a quick script breaks.
  • Pipelines at scale. Millions of rows a day, collected on schedule, checked record by record and delivered where you want them: your database, a file drop, an API or a dashboard.
  • Lead generation automation. Finds the right companies and people, adds emails and company details, and drops them into your CRM every morning, so nobody has to copy and paste.
  • Integrations and workflows. Your CRM, payments, email, Google Sheets and internal tools wired together, with AI steps that read documents and sort what comes in.
  • APIs and backends. The backend behind your web or mobile app, ready for traffic spikes and real-time features.

02Who it's for

You're copying data by hand, paying a vendor for data that shows up late or wrong, or watching your own scraper break every other week. Or you need a feed from a site nobody else has managed to collect from. That's the work we enjoy most.

03What people hire us for

  • Price and product monitoring. Competitors' prices, stock and listings, every day.
  • Financial and research data. News, filings and research platforms feeding your analysts. We've built these for clients on Bloomberg, The Wall Street Journal and AlphaSense.
  • Listings data. Real estate, jobs, cars and marketplaces, tracked as they change.
  • Lead lists. Fresh prospects for your sales team, matched to your ideal customer.
  • Public records. Government, regulator and court data, turned into something you can query.

07Questions

How much does a scraper cost?

It depends on the site, how often you need the data and how much of it there is. You get a fixed quote in writing after the first conversation, and small first jobs are welcome.

Can you get the data we need?

Usually, yes. Send us the site and the fields you want, and we'll tell you how we'd collect it, how often, and what might change, before you pay anything.

How do you keep bad data out?

Every record is checked on the way in. Anything that fails is held back and flagged, so a broken run never lands in your database looking fine.

What happens when a site changes?

Our checks catch it on the first broken run, and we fix it. Fixes are covered on a monthly plan, or quoted when they come up.

How is the data delivered?

However your team works: a scheduled CSV or Excel file, a REST API, a database you own, Google Sheets or a webhook. Every run is archived, so you can go back to any date.

Who owns what we build?

It depends on the type of project, and it's written into the proposal before any work starts, so you know exactly what you're getting.

Tell us the site and the data you need.

We'll reply the same day with how we'd get it.
