06Questions

Can we start with a fixed project and switch?

Yes. Plenty of clients start with 1 project and keep us on after launch.

What about time zones?

We're in Pakistan (UTC+5), so we overlap with the full European workday and the US morning. We set a regular call time at the start, and everything else happens in a shared channel.

How do payments work?

We invoice in USD or your currency, by bank transfer, Wise or Payoneer. Fixed projects are paid in milestones, retainers monthly.

Can we stop?

Yes. A retainer can be cancelled with 30 days' notice.

Who owns what we build?

It depends on the type of project, and it's written into the proposal before any work starts, so you know exactly what you're getting.
